Ethria Private Advisory collects the personal information provided in this questionnaire solely for the purpose of delivering advisory, coordination, and concierge support services to you. This includes your name, contact information, financial readiness details, homebuying preferences, and related data.
We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for commercial, marketing, or any other non-service purpose. Your information may be shared only with licensed third-party professionals (such as your lender, real estate agent, title company, or attorney) when directly necessary to facilitate your homebuying coordination, and only with your knowledge and consent.
Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. Ethria Private Advisory retains client data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely destroyed.

This authorization is strictly limited to communication, coordination, and document facilitation. Ethria Private Advisory does not represent you legally, financially, or contractually in any capacity, and does not have authority to execute agreements, make binding decisions, sign documents, or commit funds on your behalf under any circumstances.
Required — I authorize Ethria Private Advisory to communicate and coordinate with licensed third-party professionals involved in my homebuying process for the limited purpose of organizational support and transaction facilitation only. I understand this authorization does not constitute legal, contractual, financial, or real estate representation of any kind.
